Sports Performance Assessment
Our Sports Performance Assessments are designed to evaluate the demands placed on your body from your sport or physical activity. We will identify and address different aspects of your fitness, mobility and strength that may be limiting your performance. These appointments can help anyone from the average gym goer who struggles to squat correctly, all the way to competitive athletes in high level sport.
These sessions will involve a comprehensive movement assessment, any treatment that may be required and an exercise program if necessary.
